Discuss the Top 5 Important HubSpot Features?

Last Updated on 2 years by AlexJames

If you are new to HubSpot, then you may be wondering what its best features are. Here are some of my favorites: Social Inbox, Blog listing, Custom report builder, and Help desk. It will give you a quick overview of the different features of this CRM platform.

1. Blog Listing

When designing a HubSpot blog listing, keep in mind that it needs to be optimized for search engines. You can do this by customizing the CTA for your listing page. For example, you can select Show author, show date, and show excerpt text.

After creating a listing template, you can add the basic code for separating featured posts from the rest. To do this, go to Marketing > Website > Blog. Next, select “Manage blog templates.” Click “List posts” and then “Edit listing template.”

2. Social Inbox

The latest addition to HubSpot’s suite of social media tools, the Social Inbox, is a new feature that tightly integrates social media monitoring with the contact database in HubSpot. The Social Inbox makes it easy for marketers to segment and analyze their social media activity to understand where to focus their efforts.

The Social Inbox also allows businesses to set up alerts and prioritize segments, which allows users to monitor specific populations of customers, leads, and prospects in a more effective way. For example, you can set alerts based on the priority of your company’s brand, category monitoring, competitive monitoring, and tracking important purchase indicators.

3. Help Desk

The best help desk tools are those that can provide a lot of self-service capabilities. Whether a customer is logged in, has a chat conversation, or simply wants to find out about their ticket’s status, you’ll have a lot of information at your fingertips. A help desk software’s self-service options include customer portals and knowledge bases, which are essentially better versions of FAQs.

The HubSpot Help desk software helps you track and manage customer support tickets. All team members can see ticket details, including their owner and stage in the case. In addition, you can monitor customer service metrics, including ticket volume and average response time. These metrics can be helpful in coaching your team and managing demand.

4. Custom Report Builder

A custom report builder is one of the important HubSpot Features. This tool lets you create customized reports using different data sources. You can select as many as four secondary data sources and one primary data source. HubSpot then scans each source to extract the most pertinent information. This feature also filters out filler secondary sources that don’t make useful associations or offer robust advantages.

To get started, you’ll need to define your goals and write down the questions you’d like answered. It’s a good idea to write down questions like “How many leads have I received this month?”. That way, you can tailor the report to match your needs. Likewise, if you’re looking to see which types of customers are converting the best, then you’ll need to create a custom report for them.

5. Leads Intelligence

The HubSpot leads intelligence software helps you build targeted lists and automates email campaigns. You can access company details from over 20 million contacts and make informed decisions about your salespeople’s time. With this tool, you can analyze lead behavior in social media to increase your connection rate and close rates.

While the HubSpot leads intelligence tool is useful, it’s limited in accuracy. While it can provide a wealth of contact information, it’s limited in its data. You may want to try using a third-party tool for this. Once you’ve set up your marketing automation strategy, you’ll be ready to begin finding new clients. Then, use HubSpot’s insights tool to find companies and learn about their products.

6. Blog Idea Generator

If you’re having trouble coming up with new blog ideas, you may have tried using the HubSpot blog idea generator. The site’s tool lets you input nouns to generate blog ideas. Using the generator, you can write a blog post about a specific topic and use the suggestions to drive traffic, promote your content, and analyze your best-performing articles.

The HubSpot blog idea generator can also provide blog ideas that are similar to the topics that your existing content already covers. If your content is similar to what other people are writing about, you can combine your keywords with the blog ideas generated by this tool to generate more unique and compelling blog topics.
